Abstract

The competitive organizations are focusing on quality and speed improvement beyond the cost factors. In this paper the Researchers has compared the traditional approaches along with the recent ones. The paper has concluded agile having the highest priority for customer satisfaction with frequent delivery of working software with backward scalability in managing change request.
